Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Weft (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Weft lets you capture your career information, weave it into a single master profile, and publish it across surfaces such as a personal page, CV, portfolio and shareable cards. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the information and materials you add to Weft ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Your Content for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Service to you — including generating the outputs you choose to publish. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you provide and that it is accurate.

4. AI-generated outputs

Weft uses AI to organize and polish the information you provide. The AI works only from Your Content and does not fabricate facts. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Weft offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; when you do, your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period (no mid-period downgrade or proration). The features and limits included with each plan are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don't use the Service to send spam or harvest others' data.

Fair use & usage limits. The free tier includes a monthly allowance of AI operations. Pro provides a higher or unlimited fair-use allowance. To keep the Service reliable for everyone, we may apply reasonable rate limits and take action against usage that is abusive or automated beyond ordinary personal use.

7. Publishing

Content you choose to publish (for example, a page on a subdomain) is publicly accessible. You control what is published and may unpublish it at any time, though cached copies may persist for a period outside our control.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
